I STARTED WHEN I WAS DOING TANDEM SURFING. BETWEEN THE SETS, WAITING FOR THE WAVES. STRETCHING WILLING ONE DAY, I DECIDED TO TRY SOME YOGA POSES. I WAS COMPLETELY HOOKED. THAWFS IT THE BEST WORKOUT, BEST FEELING, TO BE OUT IN THE OCEAN. AND DOING SOME WORKOUTS. ENJOYING THE NATURE. HARDEST KICKED IT UP A NOTCH. YOU SEE US TRY TO GO GET IT. NOT FALL INTO THE WATER. WATCH YUMI. AMAZING. THE CORE STRENGTH. OF COURSE AS YOU KNOW, BEING A WATERMAN ON THE BOARD THERE, IT’S LESS STABLE. YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE HARD CORE LITERALLY. Chris: DEFINITELY. PADDLEBOARDS. JUST STANDING UP TAKE YOGA BALANCE TO STAY STABILIZES. HO DID YOU LIKE IT? DID YOU FALL? Tannya: DID I NOT FALL. WE DID TAKE THE MICROPHONES OFF. DIDN’T WANT TO RUIN ANY EQUIPMENT IN THE FILMING OF THIS. I LOVED IT. WAS VERY CALMING. ESPECIALLY OUT THERE WITH DIAMOND HEAD. WHEN SHE NORMALLY DOES IT, SO MELLOW AND NO ONE ELSE IS OUT THERE, YOU FELT REALLY RELAXED AND STRETCHING. YOU HAD TO FOCUS ON IT. REALLY HAD TO LEAVE EVERY OTHER THOUGHT ABOUT EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DO GET DONE OUT OF THE WAY AND FOCUS ON THE MOVEMENT. I DID ACTUALLY, HARD TIME ABOUT THIS. I THOUGHT THAT WOULD BE SOMETHING THAT CHRIS WOULD LOVE. I DO REMEMBER SENDING AN EMAIL VINE ITING HIM TO BE PART OF THIS — INVITING HIM TO BE PART OF THIS. CRICKETS. NOTHING.
