Its 11:50 am Frank has just dropped me at a petrol station in Chiang Mai That highway leads to Pai or other places in the Northern Thailand. I am going to use this to ask for lift Am I handling it right !! Yes, this is the right way Today is 26th January 2017 Today India is celebrating its 68th Republic day and I am celebrating it in Chiang Mai, Thailand Yesterday I went on those hills, to visit Doi Suthep From Frank’s place, now I am going to start my journey to Pai Pai is a small tourist place in the mountains. It will take 2-3 hours from here Its 11:10 am here and Indian time is 9:40 am Its time to move now I am already quite late.. ..but I am not in hurry… do not have any targets Pai is somewhere in the north of Chiang Mai Today also I am going to hitchhike from here to Pai I have already sent request on Couchsurfing for a night stay in Pai Lets see somebody accepts it or not ! To be on safer side, I have already booked a hostel through Booking.com Though Frank has referred me to his friend Jake, who lives in Pai So lets say Good Bye to this beautiful place I would like to visit this place again in future. Yes, this is the right way Got lift He has just purchased some flowers for his car Its 12:15 pm They have dropped me at an intersection/traffic signal Again I have to take lift from here I am 20 kilometres away from Chiang Mai and Pai is still 100 kilometres far Someone has stopped He is trying to help me Petrol stations are called Gasoline stations in Thailand Its called “Pam Naman”
